The rooms were clean, and the breakfast spread was excellent, with tasty hot and cold items.

My kids wished the rooms had more bedding to accommodate our family better.

The staff were very efficient and competent and the location was unbeatable to Lincoln attractions. Easily reached La Piazza Cucina Italiana, located within a close distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

The breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and quite helpful.

Check in staff not very friendly, no eye contact, and our room although clean and neat had a strong odor that never went away.

The room was spacious and offered a comfortable space to relax after a long day. The bathrooms were nice, and having a kitchenette was a great plus for preparing snacks. The location was perfect for exploring Lincoln's historical sites.

Breakfast offerings were limited.

Sheets on inside out and never changed. Lamps were not functioning well. TV was not good--could not push in a number from the remote.

Manager excellent sorting the Booked.net confirmation fault, a room was found immediately , wonderfully comfortable bed , lovely hot bath and able to sleep after a 22 hour journey . Will always book State house when we return journey to U.S. Thank you

The spacious lobby, adorned with chic mid-century decor, felt cute and perfect for a pleasant afternoon chat. The ease of access for seniors to common areas, paired with comfortable seating, really stood out .

More seating options in dining area would be nice.

Close to most Lincoln attractions

TV was out of the 90's. How can a motel that just had a renovation not have upgraded to at least flat screen TV's? we did not even have a guide to the channels. We also found a previous customer's drug prescription papers in our room.

Spacious king suite with a comfy king bed, heated by good air conditioning. Bath options included a powerful shower. The room had handy amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and telephone. A fitness center is available for workouts. Breakfast had a great selection including eggs and coffee. Everything was clean and well-maintained.

The decor was interesting because it was hard to tell if it was from the 60's or just supposed to look like that.

The location of state house inn is superb, being within walking distance of lincoln sites. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was modern and comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of exploring.

Staff very attentive - especially front desk and morning breakfast crew.

No coffee packets in room each day - had to go to front desk to get them. My booking confirmation had a total cost of $235.38 but the hotel charged $246.38. I asked the front desk person about the discrepancy while checking out and he said the extra cost would be removed - it wasn't.

Nice to have a bar, to have a nightcap. In-lobby small kisok handy for soft drinks and forgotten toiletries.

Bottom bedsheets come loose. Cleaning staff never replace coffee. WiFi never worked.
